Eligibility for Returns
• You may return products within 7 days of delivery for store credit or a replacement only.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our support team at divinity7.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return shipping instructions.
3. You must ship the item back at your cost unless damaged.
Store Credit / Replacement Terms
• Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue store credit in the amount of your original purchase.
• If you request a replacement and the item is in stock, we will send a new item at no extra charge.
• Store credit must be used within 12 months from issuance.
Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale items (clearance or limited edition)
• Personalized or custom products
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or issue store credit.
Processing Time
Returns may take up to 7 business days to process once received.
